Profile statement
She is an architect and textile designer by training, currently linked to teaching in the area of ​​ecosocial, regenerative and permacultural design from an activist, degrowth, ecofeminist, decolonial, anti-extractivist and lowtech perspective. Since 2017, she has had her own textile project, after more than 9 years in the textile sector as creative director, designer and colorist. This project is included under the premises of degrowth, climate justice and craftivism with projects to revalue second-hand fashion and low-impact fashion, integrating sustainability rating guidelines based on a hierarchy of needs in the context of emergency and climate justice focused on rejection overproduction, reduce material, reduce impact (low footprint water, zero plastic) justice-led circular design transparency (100% traceability) with the focus of raising awareness of the use of water and pollution by microplastics. She is currently developing a study on the characterization of materials in an ethical context in which the primary factors that emerge from materials in social and environmental issues are valued, within a master of sustainable materials. Form of the Pacte per la moda circular of the Generalitat within the reuse working subgroup, also of BCN + sostenible, a public institution of the Barcelona city council and the association of Barcelona sustainable fashion. She is developing two textile projects focused on degrowth underway and one from the individual level, a logo from DIY #secondstitch and another community one, a swapping from the social economy. He helped various institutions to improve their filters to analyze transparency and sustainability, such as the Fashion Revolution Index Transparency and a sustainable fashion application, clear-fashion. She has been a tutor for fashion projects at the Eindhoven school and has resulted in various presentations in postgraduate courses. He has trained in various fields such as ecofeminism, the economy of the common good, degrowth, ecological economics, climate emergency and consensual communication. She is an Extinction Rebellion activist and promotes a political change of sustainability within corporate responsibility and regeneration in opposition to product regulation and education from the ethics of care, cooperative work and self-sufficiency in the rural communities through articles and his work as a professor.
